Drawer bottoms may be 3mm thick or thicker. For 3mm bottoms, which slide into the bottom groove, calculate as 6mm wider than the back of the drawer. For thicker bottoms, which fasten to the bottom ledge, calculate the same width as the drawer back.

Drawer fronts fasten onto two expanding bushings on each front end of the profile, automatically locking with the patented lever fitting. Drawer bottom support fronts require two predrilled holes on each side, 10mm diameter x 12mm deep, 32mm apart. Fronts may be pre-grooved to receive the 3mm bottom or we can supply special drill-in 10mm bushings to support the bottom.
