Nylon Assembly-Disassembly Fitting
Another rapid assembly-disassembly fitting. Separate nylon nut is glued into 3/8" OD hole in the sidewall and housing with plug is glued into 3/8" hole in the joining panel. Thread-cutting screw locks into pre-lnserted bushing. Where frequent disassembly is not required, screw may go directly into wood, eliminating the bushing.
Brown, white or black. Use X-350110 drill for holes.

2-piece nylon connector with locking screw Male section has twin anti-twist locating dowels which mate with holes in the female. Locking screw through the male fastens into steel nut molded into the female. Assembled size: 5/8" thick, 1-1/2"long and 1-1/4" high. Brown.

Steel cam in the female section engages slot in the male for rigid connection.
For the sidewall, drill 25mm diam. hole 7/16" deep, with the center of the hole 10mm from the inside of the wood (for the male section).
For the bottom panel, drill 25mm hole, (for the female) 12mm deep placing the center of the hole from the outer edge 1.5mm. more than the size of the sidewall. (example: FOR 19MM SIDE, DRILL 20.5MM FROM EDGE)
Use Selby X-2518/25 carbide borer to dirll both holes.

	KLF270 Rapid Assembly-Disassembly Without Tools 2-piece nylon interlocking fitting with slide-on chromed steel locking cover. Surface mounted, no machining. Cover may be applied from either side, by hand, without tools. Brown or White base, chromed steel cover.
