(Measurements are approximate)	HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE GLIDE WITH PRE-DRILLED WOOD BLOCK GBLOCKX80 U Pre-drilled wood block with pre-inserted adjustable 3-1/8" glide, ready to screw-on to the inside corners of the furniture. Holes are drilled for #9 flat head screws. Height is adjustable both from the bottom with a wrench or through the top with a flat blade screwdriver. Glide base is covered with a nylon carpet protector.
